Rain, Ruffles and Dancing! {Chilliwack Boutique Photographer}

It was lightly raining and a bit chilly but the children in this photo shoot did so well (well all except my two). Laura and I decided to team up and do a fun session using her kids clothes and accessories sold from her store, Crystal Clear Boutique. I had a different vision for the entire shoot however the rain started and we had to quickly changed up our location. A huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful lil kids and their fantastic mom’s, Andrea Pomeranz for assisting us, Laura for allowing me to capture these cute kids in her adorable outfits and a very big thanks to Jim + Janet who allowed us to take over there deck and garden area for a few hours we really appreciated it! Most of these little girls had their hair done by the talented Jennifer Ault of Styles by Jen, you need to go check her awesomeness out on facebook !

This is my little lovely who just couldn’t model through the cold poor thing! Rain and her don’t mix… neither does rain and her hair it went so flat but looked amazing right before it got a bit damp ;o(

I can see this ruffle and lace vintage dress on a flower girl!

One of the shiest little friends my daughter has but she opened right up in front of my camera! A natural.

Adriel, the little darling couldn’t help but strike a hip pose every time we started with her! Lil’ cutie pie….

Maddi is Adriel’s big sister (although I don’t know you could guess it by looking at them!) and another one of my daughters little friends. She has a huge heart this kid! Gotta love the blond hair and hazel eyes, your so pretty Maddison:o) I had photographed their entire family in December and you can jump over here to see some of their sisterly giggles in the snow.

Loved this bush, driving by it one day I was itching to use it for a shoot!!! We live in such a beautiful area, so very very blessed by our surroundings! This is Amy and Chance parents of two little ones and a cute puppy! Amy and I met a couple years ago at a trade fair. She owns Xoxo Couture and since we met she’s created some very cute props for me to use in my newborn sessions!

A bit windy …. but was worth it!

Eco friendly, hand made, organic, Etsy styled kind of wedding! Need I say more before you scroll down? So many details and beautiful moments, I really only picked a small handful of what I wanted to post. I had the pleasure of co-shooting this wedding day for the lovely and talented photographer, Roxanna J. Froese . {big thanks for hiring me!}

Amy + Pat are organic farmers in Yarrow B.C. and they poured a lot of time, heart and sole into every little detail of the wedding. They also spent a lot of time harvesting right before their big day to serve their own veggies to their guests! It was a real “home grown” intimate wedding with a warm ambiance of love from family and friends.

Beside these note cards for “words of wisdom” was a vintage suite case to stash them into once you filled it out.

LOVE… love…. LOVE wedding albums, I have a lot of fun creating them and needless to say they make the most precious keepsakes. These thick pages and leather cover albums are from non other then Kiss Wedding Books, a company I adore for their modernly classic style, swoon worthy! After ordering from a few places to test out products, I feel this company’s quality is above what I could have asked for. The insanely soft leather cover is so touchable… Insert a sigh and a big grin right here ( ______ ). I’ve found the perfect book for my perfect clients! This album allows me to give my clients the very best, thanks KISS for creating a ridiculously awesome product! All the books come dressed in a Supafine damask slip cover. The Grey album below is an 8×8 and the mini sleek book is a 4×4 brag book, great for the rents!~ Aren’t they just awesome!
